Corporate History

Teslar Global Technology, llc. is the culmination of more than 25 years of international research by scientists of many disciplines. Together, this team has developed a line of nanotechnology and scalar frequency products that provide relief and protection from harmful electromagnetic frequencies. 

One of these inventions, the Teslar Chip, the hallmark of the Teslar Technology incorporated into all our products, is currently featured in the luxury timepiece collection, Philip Stein TESLAR, available worldwide and embraced by such notable figures as Oprah Winfrey and Madonna. Corporate Timeline

1985 – Dr. Andrija Puharich and Ilonka Harezi invent the first Teslar Chip, an active technology system that helps shield the body from electromagnetic pollution.

1986 – The Teslar Chip is incorporated into the first bracelet and watch. Ilonka Harezi and Dr. Andrija Puharich create ELF Cocoon, a company whose name will change to ELF Labs in 1987 (ELF stands for Extremely Low Frequency). 

1989 – The Sound Probe is created. This instrument is developed to relax the body and balance the bio-field, allowing the body’s healing mechanism to operate at peak performance.

1991 – ELF Labs develops the first LBG Lymph Drainage Equipment.

1994 – The 2-Head LBG is released to market.

2001 – The LBG with the ST-8 Oxygen Heads is invented.  This device is the world’s first oxygen-fed, tissue detoxification system.

2002 – The LBG 4-Head model is created.

2003 – The Philip Stein Teslar Watch is born with the first all dual-time zone watch collection containing the Teslar Chip. Madonna loved it and gave one to Oprah. The watch becomes one of Oprah’s “Favorite Things” for 2003.

2004 – The Sound Probe technology matures into its next generation … The Hyperphasix. This device is used for pain and stress relief.

2005 – The 8-Head and 12-Head LBG units are released, and the SpectraSweep frequency technology is invented. The diamond version of the Philip Stein Teslar Watch makes the list of Oprah’s Favorite Things for the second time within three holiday seasons!

2007 –Several new products using the TeslarTech delivery system are invented and prototypes developed. They include the far infrared version of the Hyperphasix, the Plant Energizer, the Room Energizer, and the Bacteria Wand. These products are planned for manufacturing in 2008.

Our Company

ELF International began operations in 1986, under the leadership of Ilonka Harezi, founder and president. Harezi is responsible for the development of the Teslar chip technology, which is the major component of the Teslar watch. With successful testing of the Teslar chip, ELF International commenced manufacturing and marketing of the chip worldwide. The company continues its research of energy science and medicine.

ELF Labs has established associations with the pioneering scientists of our time, purchased entire libraries and works from scientists who are now deceased, and joint ventured with the top laboratories worldwide, such as Dr. Valerie Hunt, director of the Physiology Dept at UCLA for over 16 years, joint ventures with ELF Lab to research field and scalar quantums. Her work is vital to mathematically establishing the fractal organization of space and chaos in the mind field. Dr. Hunt is internationally acclaimed and brings new and innovative thought to the old paradigm of healing.

Other scientists with whom we have built a strong working relationship over the years are evaluated as to whether they are kept as part of ongoing ELF Labs team, or kept in a contract capacity. They become a visiting scientist or researcher and are housed outside, or use facilities in our office.
